Beautiful morning at the Furnace! Everybody had a coupon. Disclaimer given and we’re ready to roll!

The Thang:
WARM-A-RAMA
– Mosey around the park
– Grass grabbers IC x 10
– Motivators (10)
– Mtn Climbers IC x 20
– Hill billy walkers IC x 20

THANG
Circuit #1 (with coupon for each). Rifle carry coupon from circle to middle of the park
– 10 derkins
– 10 blockees (mumble chatter about repeats of Iron Pax Challenge…fortunately that was not the case here!)
– 20 curls
– 20 rows
– 60 second decline plank (feet on coupon)

Mosey to focker hill and back!

Circuit #2 (with coupon for each)
– 10 curls (slow on way down)
– 10 overhead presses
– 20 chest presses
– 20 wheel of merkin (fortunately each merkin counts as 1)…A LOT of mumble chatter on how “fun” these were!
– 60 second decline plank (feet on coupon)

Mosey to focker hill and back!

Circuit #3 (you guessed it…with coupons!)
– 10 sumo squat
– 10 squats
– 20 Calf raise
– 20 lunges
– Rifle carry to circle area for much needed break of 60 second wall sit while holding coupon

Pax were sick of coupons so figured we’d give something new a try! Run to Focker hill and leave coupons in middle of park (phew). Jack Webbs up to 9 merkins and 36 shoulder air presses for last set

Mosey back to coupons (uh oh)

MARY
– High, slow flutter (with coupon held above chest) IC x 10
– American hammers (with coupon…BRUTAL) IC x 10
– WW2 sit ups (no coupons here) IC x 20
– Low, quick flutter kicks (with coupon held above chest) IC x 20
– 60 second decline plank
– 30 second side plank on each side. RECOVER RECOVER
