BLIMP: burpees / lunges / Imperial walkers / merkins / plank jacks – set up a ladder (suicides) . Do 10 of each Exercise and work your way down. Start with 10 burpee then run to first marker, run back do 10 lunges run to second marker, run back do 10 Imperial walkers, run to third marker, run back do 10 merkins, run to fourth marker, run back do 10 PJ run to fifth marker. Wait till pax is down (no one left behind) That’s one round, now start with 9 and do same as before and that round is complete go to 8 and 7 and so on. See how far you get in 45mins.
