Beautiful morning at The Furnace, the PAX went for an indian run around the park followed by some stretching to get warmed up.
The Thang:
PAX performed the following exercises in each complex for a total of 3 sets of each complex. After each Complex set, PAX would run to other end of the field and back. Plank if finished early. great job picking up the six!

PAX held a 1 minute plank although still feeling the soreness from last Saturday’s BD at The Furnace by Wax Off.
