Intro:
After a long IronPax challenge…
The Thang:
Warm-up: scissor feet, imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, squating tree huggers, cherry pickers, slow windmills, butt kickers, SSH, suicide burpees on the basketball court.
A classic game of H.O.R.S.E.:
While 1 Pax prepares for their shot, other Pax do squats.
Once shot is in the air, the Pax do merkins until ball is retrieved by shooter and placed at half-court.
When a Pax gets a letter(misses another Pax’s made shot) we go to the baseline and perform an exercise the length of the court.
Rinse and repeat until time limit reached or a Pax is eliminated.
Length of court exercises included:
Lunges, reverse lunges, bunny hops, bear crawls, crawl bears, high knees, forward & reverse crab, Carioca
Played “Bump Out”:
Single file line with two basketballs from the free throw line. Objective is to make your shot before the person behind you does or get eliminated. Played 6 rounds.
