After a long IronPax challenge…

The Thang:
Warm-up: scissor feet, imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, squating tree huggers, cherry pickers, slow windmills, butt kickers, SSH, suicide burpees on the basketball court.

A classic game of H.O.R.S.E.:
While 1 Pax prepares for their shot, other Pax do squats.
Once shot is in the air, the Pax do merkins until ball is retrieved by shooter and placed at half-court.
When a Pax gets a letter(misses another Pax’s made shot) we go to the baseline and perform an exercise the length of the court.
Rinse and repeat until time limit reached or a Pax is eliminated.
Length of court exercises included:
Lunges, reverse lunges, bunny hops, bear crawls, crawl bears, high knees, forward & reverse crab, Carioca

Played “Bump Out”:
Single file line with two basketballs from the free throw line. Objective is to make your shot before the person behind you does or get eliminated. Played 6 rounds.

Bicycle claps, LBCs, supermans

Thanked everyone for showing up. Wished Forrest the best recovery for his shoulder and that Swirl rejoins us, soon. Acknowledging that our hard work affects every aspect of our lives and that we be mindful of the impact we make.
