2020 Ironpax Week 3!!

Intro:
First, wow, today was great stuff. Great crowd. Great work out. You men make me a better man. We even had an FNG (Shart) today join us for the Ironpax. I loved walked up and seeing an FNG showing up in the gloom for Ironpax. The guy is build like a S#$% brick house and so he had no issues! Nice job Nair on the EH!!

The Thang:
Planted first F3 shovel flag, measured off 200m, planted another F3 shovel flag. One lap = 400m. All went to the start line, Focker started the timer, the speaker went beep, and we were off into the gloom. One lap then 100 merkins, another lap then 90 squats, another lap 80 merkins, another lap 70 squats, another lap 60 merkins, another lap, 50 squats, another lap 40 merkins, another lap 30 squats, another lap 20 merkins, another lap 10 squats. Another lap, and then another lap for good measure! All-in-all that was 300 merkins, 250 squats, and 3-miles ran. Great job PAX!!

COT:
YHC took us out. Circled up. Gave thanks for each other and asked for the grace to continue to push each other. I want to give a special shout out to Mushu. The guy posted for the first time on Tuesday, again Wednesday, and then completed the Ironpax today. That is beyond a rock solid effort, I’m so glad he came out, and Mushu it’s been great adding you to the PAX. We’ve got a ton of momentum at Royale and so lets keep it up! SYITG!!!!
