The thang:
Mosey through the zig zags to the other side. Each corner on backside zig zag 6 jump lunges. Run in between.

Mosey to hill:
15 BBS
Backpedal up hill
15 BBS
Backpedal up hill x 2
15 BBS
Backpedal up hill x 3
15 BBS

Mosey to picnic tables:
1 leg pickle pointers.
Step-up to squat.
Step-up to squat to lunge jump each leg
