Week Zero #IPC2020

AO: The Royale
Beatdown Date: 08/27/2020

Pax: C(L)ock Blocker, Ditka, Focker, Panther, Stu, Sweater Vest, Timber
DR Pax:

Warmarama with Chief and Focker testing to ensure we were on point for 400 meter run. Windmills were completed and Pax were told more about the IronPax Challenge. One workout per week for 4 weeks over September. Need to submit scores each week. Pax need to register to get on list (sweater vest)!

The Thang:
For time by Pax:
50 Air Squats
40 big boi sit-ups
30 Merkins
20 Bonnie Blares
10 Burpees
400 meter run
Do these exercises x4! Time to finish.
We were watching quality of exercises closely. All Pax made it through without losing their breakfast! Great job fellas!! Plan on returning to #ao Royale next Thursday for more IPC2020 fun.
