We called an audible as Lambert was out sick 😷 this morning. Focker took Q lead. Warmarama was 15 windmills in cadence, 30 arm circles forward, backward, cherry 🍒 pickers, overhead arm claps and finally motivators counting down from 7. Mosey to school parking lot.

The Thang:
After moseying to parking lot without cutting corners, everyone picked a Parking space square. 4 sets of 10 parking square shuffles forward, side, back, side with 10 Merkins at the end each set the switch direction. Mosey back to park and the 38th parallel. Plank for 30 second count, 20 shoulder touches, and the skip 100 yards/ backpedal 100 yards; repeat plank, 15 shoulder touches, karaoke down and back; repeat plank, 10 should touches, high knees out/ butt kickers back,; repeat plank, 5 shoulder touches and 75% sprint out, 100% back. Repeat plank for 15 count, 5 shoulder touches, skipping out, backpedal in; repeat plank with 10 shoulder touches karaoke out/ back; repeat plank, 15 shoulder touches, high knees out/ butt kickers back; repeat plank, 20 shoulder touches, 75% sprint out/ 100# back. 20 second rest count. Mosey back to parking lot. Pick parking space and do 10 square shuffles with 10 Merkins x 2 sets before getting kicked off campus. Mosey to concert circle, Mary with 3 Pax calling ab exercises ( dying bug, flutters and Eddie Meryx’s)…
