Bright and early 0500 start. Ok maybe it was 0501 because of Clockblocker. 😂. Off on trail, we added Houka to the group today who came over from the Fountain Hills area. Welcome Houka.
The Thang:
Run, hike, run more. Lift feet, lift knees. Pain in thighs and calves! Good pain, acknowledge it and move forward. Awesome work by the Pax today. No spills or injuries to report. Zanjero couldn’t say enough about how much he enjoys this run!! When Pax sprang burp the last hill to the parking lot we were greeted with this rainbow and some nice rainfall! Awesome 👏
COT:
Countarama and namearama. Clock locker took us out in prayer. Talked about Iron Pax #IPC2020. Labor Day pax have two options, convergence in Tempe or Echo Canyon hike up Camelback Mountain. Have a great weekend!
