As a legitimate lightning storm and monsoon rolled in, 13 PAX gathered to wish our man Bootlegger a Happy Birthday. Perhaps the best down even had a theme?
The Thang:
Birthday burpees for our man Bootlegger. 40 of them to be exact!
Multiple rounds of “old man” circuits; on the 8 count w/ a slow 4 down and slow 4 up. (Because old guys do everything slowly)
