Intro:
We were definitely out numbered by the runners again. Lambert, Panther and I were thinking we were it, but we picked up Sherpa and Wax Off at the last minutes! Warmarama was in cadence 15 windmills, 6 count of motivators, 30 cherry pickers, 30 overhead arm claps, 30 seal claps. Slow mosey around the park and back to Fockers car to pick up two bricks 🧱 (cement blocks).
The Thang:
Start with hike with two blocks overhead, then at waist, change to brick in each hand at side, and final two bricks behind neck. Take bricks to Focker Hill. Yep, 11s begin. First set: double brick arm curls and single brick WW1 sit-ups; second set was double brick squats to overhead press and single brick tricep curls behind neck; last set was brick in each hand eagle arm raiders and single brick forward presses. Pax were then told to line up bricks on their edges. Pax lined up to bunny jump over bricks. After first pass Pax were informed for each brick knocked over there would be a 5 burpee penalty. After 3 sets of bunny jumps only 2 bricks down (10 penalty burpees completed).
COT:
Countarama and namearama. Pax were informed to watch and stay on Slack as main way to stay informed. Talked about the IronPax challenge and signing up. Each Pax prayed around the circle, sharing what was on their heart. Lambert shared a prayer quote about turning weaknesses into strengths. Coffeeteria and out!!! Pax commitment to a great workout was fantastic!!! Thanks guys!!!!
