WARM UP
– Grass grabbers IC x 15
– One legged SSH, each leg IC x 10
– Dead bug IC x 20
THE THANG
Since Iron Pax Challenge 2020 is around the corner…we might as well practice with some of their 2019 “material”!
Exercise #1: 10 min duration. Circuit of
– 10 burpees with jump over coupon
– 15 curls with coupon
– 20 squat thrusters with coupon
– 25 gas pumpers (reverse crunch)
Exercise #2 – wall sit-a-rama! 43 second regular wall sit X 3 (with 4.3 second break in between each)
Exercise #3 – Plank-a-rama! 4.3 second break in between each
– 43 second crouching tiger
– 43 second elbow plank
– 43 second high plank
– 43 second reverse plank
Exercise #4 – Repeat exercise #1 except for 8 minutes instead of 10
MARY
– Dead bug IC x 20
– WW2 IC x 15
– 60 second wall sit to finish strong!
