AO: The Furnace

Intro:
Small group at #furnace today with only 4 total PAX! Need more Pax getting motivated and moving in the morning. There were many other workout groups going today! Warmarama: by Focker, all in cadence 12 windmills, 20 forward/backward arm circles, 20 seal claps and mosey around the park.
The Thang:
B.O.M.B.S: pair up. Line up on the 38th parallel. One person per pair runs to the top of Focker hill. Meanwhile the other person does a series of exercises. When person no. 1 gets back, the other guy tells him how many exercises they’ve done. Then they switch. Each pair has to do in total:
50 burpees
100 overhead arm claps
150 Merkins
200 big boy sit ups (We modified to WW2s)
250 squats
Mosey to playground area.
Do a ladder of Kobe squats starting at 5, 10, 15, and 20, 15, 10, and 5. Between each pax do 30 second plank in high position.
Mosey around park with add of karaoke for last 100 yards. Then Mary. Each Pax took turns with an exercise. V-ups, American Hammers, and Box Cutters.
COT:
Countarama and namearama. Prayers for Chief, Pregnant Ms, school, teachers and a great school year. Did 22 Merkins for vet suicide and done!
