Quick warm up – SSH, Abe Begotas, overhead claps, faxio arm circles, SSH

The Thang:
Evolution of man BLIMPS – (Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, Squats)
Partner up – Partner 1 to 1/2 court and back – while partner 2 does the exercise then switch. Bear Crawl first round, Lunge Walk 2nd round.

Pass the pill Indian Run. Indian run w/ in back runs up to the front w/ the “pill” and passes it backwards down the line. This continued to the hill.
Up the hill w/the pill. All pax hold a plan..1 man up the hill w/the brick and back down..pass it to the next guy…this continues untill all the pax have gone.

Continue back to the BB Court…final Evolution…Bunny Hops.
