Intro:
We all rose early and are better for it! We all parked up at the StartLine! There is no splitting up this group of men. It was a balmy 95 even at this early hour.

The Thang:
Running began in earnest at 0501. Everyone was well hydrated and made their choice to go with a headlamp or not, most not. All had H2O. A few minor stumbles along our route but no serious blood loss. We made it to the shoulder in time for sunrise 🌅 Timber and I kept it moving as he had an early meeting today. Missed T-bone who is out of town. All and all a great run with a bunch of great guys! Great job men!!

COT:
Countarama and namearama. We acknowledged but did not sing for Speatzle’s birthday 🎂 He, as opposed to U Haul, who had to do a burpee! Quick prayer as the bees 🐝 were restless 😬 and ready for us to go!! Peace, Out!!! Focker
