Swirl showed up somewhere near the end of warmups.

The Thang: pick up 6 on jogs.
Jog over to check out the pickle ball and tennis area. SSH.

Jog south. Around park and to the zig zag area with rails.

Reverse Merkin (variations) and Merkin a few variations. Rough count was 10, 8, 6, 8, 10.

Jog up the zig zag and down other zig zag. Turn right and head toward center of play area.

1 leg pickle pointer. And various quad exercises (fat Joe’s, squats, smurf jacks). Rough count was 10, 8, 6, 8, 10.

Jog under the bridge and toward the zig zag up to the green structure.

Hanging knee pulls. Lbc. Hanging knee pulls. BBSU. Hanging knee pulls. BBSU.

Jog back down to where we did pickle pointers.
