Intro:
Warm- up: (20-25 reps) good morning, windmills, AL Gore with a squat, front lunge with a twist L/R.

The Thang:
BLIMPS with suicides (ladder): set 4 markers to perform each exercise at each marker in a ladder format. Burpees 5x, Legs 10x (back lunges in a squat position), Imperior Walkers 20x, Mtn climbers 20x, Plank Jacks 30x, Squat 40x, finish thang with ladder up and reverse down up the hill. Mary: Freddie Mercury, LBC, Dying big, Superman and cobra Stretch.
