– Speed Training
9 sets of running (25 seconds to run x 5 seconds to rest)
– Apparently there’s a football team named the Bears? Glad to have @Ditka out with us today. Idk how good the team is but I know a good bear crawl will be good for us.

Yes, 32! The number of squat box jumps we will do on my call.
– Lastly I found out about our @Chief’s favorite team: The Kansas City Chiefs. Time to finish strong with an Indian run! Last man to do 5 merkins and catch up.
