Burpees: 5x/sprint/10x/sprint/15x/sprint/20x – Legs: 5xprisoner squats / sprint / 10xfront lunges/ sprint/ 20xback squat / sprint / 40xsquats / sprint – Imperial walkers back and forth 60yds – MTN climbers: 10 regular/Sprint / 20 single arm L / sprint / 20 single arm R / sprint / 30 regular / sprint – plank jacks 40x/ sprint / 30x / sprint / 20x / sprint / 10x / sprint – Ladder (suicide) 10yds / 30yds / 40yds/ 60yds – Finish with Mary 20-30 reps in cadence: Freddie Mercury’s / dying bug
