Intro:
Brief disclaimers before jumping into Motivators. Started at 9, with a double count at 5 … 50 in total. Then proceeded to 25 Squats, 25 Merkins, 25 Peter Parker’s, and 25 WWIIs … then rinsed and repeated … for a total of 50!!!
The Thang:
We started the Thang with a long mosey (1 mile) around the perimeter of The Royals. This was in prep for our 10 mile run this coming Saturday. We then proceeded to do 10’s, similar to 11’s, with a double count on 5’s. We began with 10 Merkins, ran 25 yards, and did 1 Lunge (per leg). You guessed it … 50 of both exercises. We ended with 6 minutes of Mary, rotating Clockwise around the circle.
