Warmup with SSH, Imperial Walkers, HillBilly Walkers, Merkins, Tree Huggers, Dips

The Thang:
R1 – Lunges up hill, Calf Raises at the top, 20 Squats & 10 Merkins working down the stairs (5 sets each). Dips at the bottom
R2 – Lunges up Hill, Calf Raises, 5 diamond incline merkins & 15 LBC working down the stairs (5 sets each).
R3 – Lunges up Hill, Calf Raises, 10 Mountain Climbers & 10 Wide Merkins (first half) 5 Diamond Merkins (second half) (5 sets each).
R4 – Rung up hill backwards, 10 Squats, 10 Incline Merkins (5 sets each).
Mary – Leg Raises, Flutter Kicks, LBC, American Hammers
