R2 – lunge up hill, calf raises, plank Jack’s down the steps 10x, -1 every step going down.
R2 – lunge up hill, calf raises, wide arm merkins down 5 steps then diamond merkins down 5 steps.
R3 – Squat & lunges, light jog backwards up the hill
