Intro:
Parking was again a bear! Needing to get to Heli Pad early these days. Sweater and Clock went down to Bayless connector for meet up on the back side.
The Thang:
Run up and over then run up and over again. Caught Boys 2 Men with a stumble by his dome! 302 did take pain and blood today! FNG, now Froman was loving the trail… apparently someone told him it was a hike (cruel). 25s x 4… SSH, Merkins, Squats. We made it round in 1 hour 6 minutes. Great to have Worthington our from Seattle. And guys found a DR, Pavarotti (NC), roaming around who joined us for COT. We gave him directions and sent him back to the mountain.
COT:
Countarama, namearama. Clockblocker took us out with prayer. Prayed for his uncle, Dora’s family, for all the pregnant Ms, for Wilson’s loss, for Glowsticks move and job.Worthington said some words about not knowing what your brother may be carrying and having grace! Lifting each other up and carrying each other’s burdens! Thanks to the HIMs which made it out today for a beautiful sunrise and run!!!! Boyz2men… ice that ankle!
