Intro:
It’s a beautiful cool morning (at least for Phoenix in June). It’s great to see all of you, so let’s get after it!

The Thang:
7 sets of exercises in groups of 3 and 4 conducted around cones placed in 10’x10′ squares. 1. Front lunges, ‘Mericans, LBCs; 2. Reverse lunges, Carolina dry docks, Ab rows; 3. Side lunges, Overhead claps, Flutter kicks; 4. Plyro frog jumps, Wide arm ‘Mericans, Jane Fondas; 5. Reverse runs, Diamond ‘Mericans, Ab bicycles; 6. Bear crawls, Mountian Climbers, ‘Merican hammers; 7. Crab walks, Star jumps, Supermans. Each set of exercises was separated by a jog-sprint-job from the workout area to a cone on top of a hill.
