  • Around the world Mountain climber x 4 then burpee. MU mountain climber entire time. X 6 burpees. Then amrap 1 min.
  • Star jump burpee. OMD X 10.

Jog around play ground to remove riffraff, if needed.

Slosey to other side of fence by FT.

  • Decline burpee. Feet up Merkin. OYO x 10. Jog out 20 yards and back.

Slosey to court.

  • Skater x 4 then burpee x 1 min amrap.
  • Overhead clap IC.
