1st circuit 4x: Box jumps followed by donkey kicks. 2nd circuit: motivator 20/15/10/5 3rd circuit: Burpees/dips/mtn climbers/backpulls/quick feet/ abs 4th circuit: bear crawl to crap walk 20yards. Burner set: merkins to high knees to merkin/abs to crossovers to abs. Ended with Mary and 10 merkins
