The Thang:
21 Burpee Salute for COVID Frontliners; TP run: Sprints back and forth on the parking lot, sit on wall and planks between sprints; Work and Home: 15 Turkish get ups, Bear Craw15 yards, 15 Squats, Bear crawl 15yards, 15 American drinking a beer hammer; High knee back, 15 Turkish get downs; Weekend excursions: Start on bottom of hill with 10burpees; Lunge up to top of hill, 1 mountain climber, lunge back down, 9 burpbee, continue till you hit 1 burpee and 10 mountain climbers
