Intro:
A modified Murph instead of a faraway hike
The Thang:
1 mile run around the usual loop, followed by 100 LBC’s or WW2 sit ups (pull up bars roped off), 200 Merkins, and 300 squats. Broke them up into groups of 10 or 15. Followed by another mile around the loop. Took about 50 minutes. Nasty ant bites included.
