The Thang:
pyramid with jump rope 100/200/300/400 with SAMP (Side Straddle hops / Abs/ Merkins/ Plank jacks). Reps of 10/20/30/40 for the exercises followed by a run (1/2/3/4). I.E 100 jump ropes followed by SAMP of 10 ea. and then 1 lap, 200 jump ropes followed by SAMP of 20 ea. and then 2 laps. 300 jump ropes followed by SAMP of 30 ea. And then 3 laps…finished with Mary and arms.
