Intro:
Our fearless long distance hauling Q ghosted us! Therefore, Pax trash talked about how to torture the Q and overall bust his balls. It was decided that Pax should send @U Haul pictures of a burrito.
The Thang:
All Pax participated in Qing. Each live Pax suggested the next exercise and counted cadence. Some of the highlights were Al Gores around the nearest tree with pax doing ring around the rosary shuffle left and right. Motivators x2 with 8 count. Obama’s or 44’s, 4 bear crawls with 4 pushups x 10. Side lunges x 15. Many flutter kicks. Sprints of 20 yards x 10. 25 WW2’s. And a long painful wall sit in memory of Shock Collar. All and all we pulled off a good BD using our creative Pax!!!

Discussed moving ao_road runner to The Royale as of next Tuesday! Same time 0530. We will continue with virtual BD. Convergence at The Rio this next Saturday for BD for @Odin going away Q!!! He promised an eighty themed BD so bring your shorty shorts!!! Larry Bird style.
