Pax met at Piestewa Helipad a bit early as the packing has been tough! All were on time!!!
The Thang:
Run, do 25 Merkins, SSH, and Squats (x4), Run more!!! All finished with no injuries in 1hour 3 minutes… great time including Workout at 4 benches.
COT:
Discussed Monday Memorial Day ruck/hike at the Gateway Trailhead at 0530. Also talked about 5/30 convergence and @Odin adeau! Prayed for our ability to be leaders and build trust, how we have to give up control to build leaders around us. Prayers brothers!!!
