Virtual BD is not ideal for my VQ but since we have gone to the virtual gloom I thought I would test out a different venue with my LGOP. Thanks to everyone who showed up. It was good to have a DDM for my VQ.

Chumbaburpee – To the song, Tubthumping by Chumbawumba, start with SSH at beginning of song, then every time they say, “I get knocked down, but i get up again” you do a burpee (27 total). While not doing burpees, you are continuously doing SSH.
Deck of Death – 2 sets of 4 workouts/ Switch sets when you pull an ace

Strangely, we wound up pulling almost all of the heart cards while we were on the 1st set. Mumble chatter included unconfirmed allegations that Odin (or his shorties) may have tampered with the deck.
Focker’s Gloom Horn sounded at some point during the BD but the PAX accelerated through this adversity to complete all 52 cards with time to spare.
Finish up with some Mary to get us to 0615.
