Deck of Cards

Warm-up: jog 1/2 mile

The Thang:

Get a deck of cards. Do the following exercises based on the suit. Card number = rep number. Face cards = 10reps. Aces run 1/4 mile at 75-100% speed.

Hearts: Merkins

Spades: Jump Squats

Clubs: Big Boy Sit-ups

Diamonds: Burpees (yes, Merkin at bottom)

Jog 1/2 mile.

COT: Pray for world health
