Sweater Vest requested some stairs! Yet, there’s a beautiful hill that should do the trick
Burpees on the hill!
Start at the bottom of the hill -> Sprint to the top of the hill -> do 1 burpee -> run back down
Sprint to the top of the hill -> do 2 burpees -> run back down
Sprint to the top of the hill -> do 3 burpees -> run back down
You get where I’m going with this, all the way up to 15 burpees.
YES: 120 BURPEES!!!
Hills on the squats!
Start at the bottom of the hill -> Sprint to the top of the hill -> do 10 squats -> run back down
Sprint to the top of the hill -> do 9 squats -> run back down
Sprint to the top of the hill -> do 8 squats -> run back down
And again, you know where I’m going with this.
A shy 55 squats while running up and down!
While one runs to the 28th parallel, the other one does side straddle hops until they get back
Then they switch -> until each of the PAX has gone through 3 times.
We go around and each PAX suggests a Mary exercise!
