Warm up then Mosey to the designated area
60:120’s x 6 rounds
– 60 second sprint and 120 second walk. Repeat for total of 6 sprints.Walk it off then mosey to pull-up bar.
Split group in half.
Half do 20 seconds of pull-ups, chin-ups, flexed hang or negatives then rest 20 seconds.
Other half does 20 seconds of merkins then 20 seconds of WW2 situps.Complete all 6 rounds then both halves switch to the opposite station.
