Aiken Legs – Done in succession with no rest — 12 Squats, 1 Odin Hop, 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 19 Split Jacks (10 each leg forward). Rinse and Repeated as many times as you can. (2 songs worth)

Deathstar (Tiny Version)- Set 5 cones out, close together, in shape of star. Run to each cone and perform 20 merkins at each, adds up to total of 100


Uptown 50 – Crab Walk, Partner Carry (P1), Partner Carry (P2), Bear Crawl


Elevens – 1 Burpee then 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 2 Burpees then 9 Carolina Dry Docks and so on…

Ring of Fire June Carter (Mary) – Flutter kicks while one-by-one each person does 20 plank jacks
