Monkey in the Middle

One pax in the center of the circle – he does 5 monkey humpers while rest of the PAX does seal claps.  Each member takes a team rotating into the center.

Red Rover

PAX lined up on one side of the field, locked arms and then proceeds to lunge walk across entire field.

Leap Frog

Sadly, we needed to get back across the field.  No better way than to play leap frog.

Pair off.  First team member squats, PAX behind leaps over and does a burpee.  Squatting PAX does a WWII and then leaps over and does a burpee, etc….

King of the Mountain

Each Pax stands in front of a block

Mountain climbers – 10 IC

10 box jumps OYO

Repeat, repeat

Steal the Bacon

Time for your final exam

Burpees – 10 IC

Air Squats – 60 second hold

CCD – 15 IC

Overhead Claps – 15 IC

No Surrenders – 15 IC (had to skip for time)
