Exercise…

  • Indian Run across the entire Arcadia Park
    • 3 burpees before running to the front
  • Arms Focused
    • SSH (IC X 10)
    • 15 burpees OYO
    • SSH (IC X 10)
    • 14 burpees OYO
    • SSH (IC X 10)
    • 13 burpees OYO – and so on until 10 burpees
  • Indian Run across half of Arcadia Park
    • 3 squats before running to the front
  • Legs Focused (11’s)
    • 10 squats & 1 Box jump
    • 9 squats & 2 Box jumps
    • 8 squats & 3 Box jumps – and so on until finishing the 11’s
  • Indian Run across half of Arcadia Park
  • This is where the Run Out portion comes in…
    • Mossy to Pull Up bars
    • PAX split in half to each group do 10 merkins & 5 pull ups (3 sets)
  • Mary
    • Each PAX provided varied Mary exercises with the addition of a new one unofficially named “Pink Gorillas” – Official description to be submitted in the near future.
