Overhead Arm Claps, Overhead Arm Press (100 50, 2 sets of each, in cadence)

Aiken Legs – Done in succession with no rest — 12 Squats, 1 Odin Hop, 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 18 Split Jacks (10 each leg forward). Rinse and Repeated as many times as you can. (5 min)

Deathstar – Set 5 cones out in shape of star. Run to each cone and perform 30 merkins at each, adds up to total of 150

Run

Uptown 50 – Crab Walk, Partner Carry (P1), Partner Carry (P2), Alligator Crawl, Wheelbarrow (P1), Wheelbarrow (P2), Bear Crawl

Nur²

Elevens – 1 Burpee then 10 Carolina Dry Docks, 2 Burpees then 9 Carolina Dry Docks and so on…

Ring of Fire (Time Permitting) June Carter – Flutter kicks while one-by-one each person does 20 plank jacks
