8x Windmills

8x Side Straddle Hops

8x Finkle Swings

8x Arm Circles

8x Imperial Walkers

8x Standing Leg Stretchs

8x Quad Stretches


Each PAX found a partner


Partner Exercise 1

Partner 1 did…Aiken Legs

Done in succession with no rest — 20 Squats, 20 Box Jumps, 20 Lunges (10 each leg), 20 Split Jacks (10 each leg forward).

And Partner 2 did…Merkins with shoulder taps until partner 1 completed a set

Partners switched off until each partner completed 4 rounds (8 total)


Partner Exercise 2

Partner 1 did… Air Squared

Air chair (squat) combined air claps

And Partner 2 did…Pull-ups 25x

Partners switched off until each partner completed 2 rounds of pull-ups (50 total)


Went straight to…



Went around the circle with each PAX calling out a different exercise for PAX to do until Q’d an exercise
